I have to say we cannot fault Bear House in any way. We have been here several times in the past, plus bought takeaway from here, and today for lunch we dined in with friends introducing them to the restaurant. Food was delicious and service was fantastic. Our friends were also extremely happy with our choice to dine. Gary and Whitney were wonderful as hosts, very friendly and professional Highly recommend

We went out for a dinner tonight. Haven't been there for years, maybe for 7 or 8 years 🤔 After reading the reviews ( as I like to check what people saying ) felt like fifty - fifty 🤔 We are glad we made the decision to go to the Bear House Restaurant. The food was delicious 😋 I had Sizzling Mongolian Beef soft and juicy 😋 my hubby had pork and our son had noodles with chicken. Also the vegetables cooked perfectly 👌 not too soft not too hard 👌👏 The entree: dumplings were very tasty too 😋 The restaurant itself was very well represented and clean 😊 We definitely recommend them. If you like Chinese food 😋 I think it's the best place around here 🤩 We definitely will be back 🤩 Thank you Bear House making our dinner special 🎂🤩

THIS FOOD AND STAFF AND ATMOSPHERE WAS AMAZING! 🤩 ID RATE 10 STARS IF I COULD AMAZING, DEF GO HERE.! RECOMMENDED!! LOVE IT. As you can see here I had a yummy feast of curry, sweet and sour chicken and Steamed yumo rice 100/10! I’m only 31 🔄 (put the 1 were 3 was) but this is the best ever Chinese restaurant, I’m definitely going here again! -Max Norman :)

Our first visit to Bear House Restaurant in Cranbourne and we were very impressed! We tried the Steamed Fish (special of the day), Peking Duck special, Beef Stir-Fry Rice Noodles, and mixed vegetables — everything was fresh, beautifully cooked, and full of flavour. The decor is stunning, with a rich, classic design and solid craftsmanship that gives the place real character. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly service — highly recommend giving Bear House a try if you’re in the area!

The Bear House Restaurant in Cranbourne is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The Bear House has quickly become my go-to spot in Cranbourne, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service!

My family ordered some food from this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and let me tell you. We ordered some seafood and chef’s special, and the food was wonderful. The shark fin soup, steamed oysters with garlic sauce, Pipi with XO sauce and steamed Murray Cod were fresh and flavorful, especially the Murray Cod was perfectly cooked, chewy and soft and blended well with the sauce. The pipi was not too spicy and blended well with the donuts. Oysters were rich of garlic flavoured. We also ordered the whole peking duck set, the duck was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The best peking duck I have ever had. And we got free fried rice and fried mixed vegetables from the set as well. The lady recommended us black pepper beef and we loved it. The portions were also huge that we couldn’t finished the roasted duck. Will definitely come back again especially for their seafood.

Excellent Chinese restaurant! The fresh live fish and lobster were amazingly delicious, the soft-shell crab was crispy and flavorful, and their Peking duck is truly the signature highlight. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Chinese cuisine.

Had a really great dining experience at Bear House Restaurant! We especially loved the fish dish, which was served in two styles — part of it deep fried until perfectly crispy, and the other half cooked with ginger and spring onion, tender and full of flavour. Really well done! 📌 Two-style fish (crispy fried + ginger & spring onion) – crispy outside yet juicy inside, and the ginger-spring onion version was fragrant and delicious. 📌 Crispy soft shell crab – beautifully fried, crunchy, aromatic and very tasty without being oily. 📌 Signature Peking Duck – two ways – perfectly roasted skin with rich flavour, and the second dish was tasty, juicy and very satisfying. The restaurant has a comfortable dining environment, generous portions, authentic flavours and friendly service. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again! 👏

Very comfy interior with high ceilings and a beautiful historic steakhouse vibe — it has such a romantic atmosphere. We tried the Chinese New Year special, as well as the two-person duck menu. Everything was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!
